Martyn Hodgson
Co-Founder & virtual FD
Martyn is one of our founders. A chartered accountant, Martyn is often deployed as a non-exec FD for a number of our clients, or brought in to assist with specific matters, such as raising finance, or exit planning. His meticulous manner and planning tools provide remarkable insights and opportunities for our clients to help them achieve their potential.
Darren Shaw
Co-Founder
Darren is well-known in Yorkshire business circles, and is an adviser, non-exec and investor in numerous northern based businesses. Darren is often involved in the preparation work of each fundraise, shaping slide decks, challenging the pitch and commercially sense-checking the proposition. He also acts as a sounding board for clients, holding them accountable for hitting targets and staying focussed on the business.
David Crowther
Client Development
David manages the onboarding of client data and systems and develops the systems as you grow. He is an expert in Xero and the best related apps. When we engage with new clients, he will make sure the process for dovetailing us in with your team is as smooth as possible.
Beverly Trazona
Client Accountant
Beverly focuses on month-end and year-end accounts and reporting. She will ensure the year end accounts are submitted correctly and on time to the statutory authorities. Beverly manages the month end timetable to deliver accurate and consistent financial performance reporting for the Board.
Mel Rivera
Client Accountant
Mel is a qualified accountant to ensure the monthly accounts are accurate for all clients and the year end accounts and company tax are prepared and submitted correctly and on time to the statutory authorities. Alongside Bev, Mel will look after the generation of the monthly accounts for clients.
Pin Lu
Client Services- Daily Accounting
Pin is your Client Services Manager, specialising in Xero day to day accounting. Pin's team can act as an extension of your internal team in handling as much or as little of your accounts, day to day Xero accounting, VAT and admin duties as you want. For founders who are short of time and need weekly administration support, Pin can fulfil a role as a virtual Chief of Staff.
Dean Ainslie
Client Services- Payroll
Dean is your Client Service Manager, specialising in Xero payroll and pensions. The criticality of this area requires a deft knowledge and application that Dean holds in spades. From staying abreast of employment legislation to handling the monthly preparation and filing of the company payroll and pension data to the provision of employee payslips, Dean maintains the role of trusted advisor between you, HMRC and your pensions provider.

Daily Accounting
Ateeq, as part of our team of Accountants and Xero experts, will keep your day to day numbers accurate and up to date, maintain transactions and manage payment control. Ateeq is a trusted advisor in Xero processing.
Louisa Shaw
Administration Co-ordination
Louisa is your first port of call. She's brilliantly organised and ruthlessly efficient, meaning your deadlines will be managed well in advance, giving us maximum chance to be able to help you with any issues arising from your accounts or tax returns.
