Client 1: Marketplace for endurance events- London
Silicon Valley Y combinator program. Series A funded 40 employees. Early revenue streams. Group FD, daily Xero accounting for UK and US, monthly MI pack, year end accounts, overseeing tax advisors
Client 2: Employee engagement platform - Newcastle
Virtual FD role taking them through several funding rounds. 40 employees and close to profit now with their own FD who is supported by our virtual team on daily Xero accounting, payroll and month end reporting.
Client 3: Managed IT services - Leeds
Grown to £1.5m turnover in 12 months followed by an exit. Team of 6 with many blue chip clients. Board attendance as virtual CFO supported by our virtual Xero accounting team.
Client 4: Immersive Technology Solutions - Leeds
We provide development mentoring and financial forecasting to help our client grow beyond Series A. Early revenues and a team of 10 but in need of financial governance and accounting and tax support.
Client 5: Virtualisation app for higher education - Leeds
Highly profitable, £4m turnover and 25 employees. Licensed solution sold across UK, N America and Europe. Introduced as virtual Group FD to manage the MBO, develop budgeting and performance management.
Client 6: Food deliver app - Chester/Thailand
Providing light touch FD support, Xero accounting and year end accounts support. Launched in the UK without success, pivoted and relaunched in Thailand with support from local investors.
